HOW TO INCREASE SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT Social media engagement is the process of communicating on social media platforms. It is the amount of comments, likes, and shares one receives. Activity and engagement is crucial for every social platform to build a positive brand experience, and develop meaningful relationships with new and potential future customers. Teach, entertain, inform, and inspire your audience on social media. They will engage with content that makes them smile, makes them think, or improves their lives in some way. Create more video content and engaging visuals. Use trending hashtags and schedule your posts for the right timing. You can also host a giveaway to increase engagement.
