President/Owner
Kristin Moore
I'm originally from the Central Illinois area and have called Bloomington-Normal home for almost 10 years. I worked in media and digital sales for the two largest national broadcasting companies, which gave me experience and a heart for marketing local businesses. I started INSPYR to work with local businesses in creative and innovative ways to effectively market their unique brands. INSPYR continues to grow locally and nationally because of the hard-working and brilliant women and contractors I am blessed to work with daily.

Nikki Knack
I have over 14 years of experience in social media and communications. Before joining INSPYR, I was the social media manager for Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and corporate communications manager for White Lodging Services in the Chicagoland area. In both roles, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of social media strategy, policy and best practices. At INSPYR, I have also had the opportunity to lead all social media advertising efforts including ad strategy, creation and placement across multiple platforms. After calling Bloomington-Normal home for nearly 6 years, I relocated in 2020 to New Jersey where I was born and now live with my husband and 4 children.

Ashley Stevenson
I graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications. I have over 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation & Planning, and Creating and Implementing Marketing Strategies. I was born and raised right here in Bloomington-Normal, and still reside here with my husband and 5 kids. I have a strong love for this community and a great understanding of this market. I truly enjoy getting to work with the local businesses I grew up supporting!

Laura Burrows
I’m excited to be able to combine my past experience of media planning, media buying and account services for large national advertising firms (Bates USA and The Richards Group) with my love for Bloomington-Normal and the surrounding areas to support our clients at INSPYR. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a Spanish Minor and Certificate in International Business from the University of Northern Iowa. While I’m born and raised in the Midwest, the big cities of the South have a special place in my heart as well after living in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas for several years with my husband and our two sons.

Kathy Aiello
For over 20 years, I’ve enjoyed promoting local business in Central Illinois through the power of television advertising and digital marketing. With my Marketing and Business Administration degree from Illinois State University, I pursued my passion of advertising working with Sinclair Broadcast Group and Quincy Media/WEEK Television. It was through that time I developed a love for brand strategy, creative implementation and maximizing return on investment for local businesses — aligning with the expertise of the INSPYR Agency team. Born and raised in Bloomington-Normal, I enjoy spending time with husband Jason and our two children, Nolan and CeCe.

Kelli Frerichs
I began my career in marketing over 15 years ago after receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Masters Degree in Media Communications. After having my first child, I transitioned into the role of "stay at home mom" but continued to do graphic design for fun, friends and family. Now that my children are older, I am enjoying working as a freelance graphic designer and returning to my marketing roots.

Amy Gammelgard
It's all about the details! I love the little things that magically come together to make a big difference, whether I am planning an event or designing a graphic for social media or an email blast. My attention to detail and creativity led me to major in Marketing at Illinois State University. Following graduation, I worked in real estate for 20 years, which allowed me to learn a lot about our community. A community in which I love, since I was born and raised in Bloomington. When I'm not working, I am spending time with my husband, Ryan, and two sons, Benji and George.

I graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising. I have several years of experience with social media marketing and content creation. I have spent most of my life in the Bloomington-Normal area and have a passion for this community and small businesses. I am a coffee fanatic, love working out, and spending time with family! Growing up I was always taught to work hard at everything I do, commit to accomplishing my goals, and help others any chance I get.

Kristin Booth
I have always been creative, ever since I can remember. I started a graphic design business in high school to create Christmas cards and stationery for friends and family. I also interned at a photography studio and dabble in photography while I was there. I graduated from Wheaton College with a major in Business/Economics and a minor in Spanish and Graphic Design. I worked for State Farm Insurance for almost 10 years, before becoming a full time "stay at home mama" to my three boys and sweet baby girl. At the end of my career at State Farm, I was on the Innovation Team, specifically in the Idea Creation area. I love gathering people together and helping others create relationships. I also love creating new ideas for small local businesses to help them be the best they can be.

After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/Advertising from the University of Southern Indiana, and my Master’s Degree from Illinois State University, I have continued to pursue my passion in marketing and community outreach with many local businesses. I work to exceed customer expectations by delivering on-time, on-budget, and on-brand results.

Born and raised in the Bloomington-Normal area, I have always had a love for creativity and design. While attending college, I worked at our local Chick-fil-A as a part of the leadership team. During this time, I realized my love for business and graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After graduating, I joined the INSPYR team in order to develop my skills in the business world and gain experience in the marketing industry. INSPYR has allowed me to combine my love of business with the creativity I’ve carried throughout my life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends.

I am a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications. I enjoy being involved on campus by being a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a professional business organization, and Women in Business. Outside of school, I love to spend my time working out, with friends and family, and doing lake activities when I am home. I was born and raised in a small town called Centralia, IL. That’s where I first developed a love for marketing when taking my first marketing class in high school. I realized I wanted to help other businesses prosper while being creative and working with a passionate team. This led me to INSPYR to gain valuable insight in marketing through hands-on experience. My marketing career path is just starting and I’m beyond excited to see where it takes me.

I am passionate about creating and making things look beautiful, whether it's meeting notes, social media graphics, or my love for theatre! I graduated from the Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Communications. I love getting to use my eye for design to help businesses and see it as a privilege and blessing to be able to work alongside this team at Inspyr. Outside of work, you might see me writing in a coffee shop or laughing with my family and friends!

Rachel Silvey
With a degree in Theatre and Performance Studies from Millikin University, I’ve spent the last 5 years blending my love for theatrical storytelling with a career in social media and content creation. From capturing weddings and corporate events to providing behind-the-scenes content for businesses, I specialize in creating visuals that resonate and connect. I also bring over 9 years of experience as a freelance photographer, capturing everything from weddings, headshots, family portraits to theatre productions and more! As a photographer, I believe the most meaningful moments aren’t always perfect or posed—they’re raw, unfiltered, and full of emotion. My approach is story-based, aiming to capture real, authentic moments that reflect the unique narrative of each individual or business. Whether it's a business milestone or a once-in-a-lifetime event, my photography and content aim to reflect your unique story. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, catching up with friends over coffee, and browsing Pinterest for inspiration. I’m excited to be part of the INSPYR team, finding new ways to creatively connect with people and help businesses share their stories through authentic and meaningful content!
