What is Fellowship Farms?  Fellowship Farms is located in Bloomington, IL and owned by five families. These families use the space to cultivate spiritual fellowship informed by Scripture and pursued through prayer, study, and reflection. They also use the land to promote healthier eating through growing and farming aronia berries.

What are aronia berries? Aronia berries are considered one of the richest sources of plant antioxidants. They are low in calories, but packed with nutrition. Aronia berries are high in fiber, vitamin C, and manganese, and supply folate, iron, and vitamins A and E. They are mainly used to make juices, jams, jellies, syrups, and wine. You can also use aronia berries in smoothies and baked goods.

Why is this event called "White Blossom Market"? In the Spring, clusters of beautiful white blossoms grow on the aronia berry bushes. We are hoping they make an appearance in time for the market.
